Cocophyllis Co., Ltd. (also referred to as "CPC") is a globally renowned enterprise located in Seoul, Korea, conducting business around the world and spanning different industry sectors. CPC's business focus is on industries such as energy/commodity bulk trading, semiconductor and aerospace, health management, etc. We have established wholly-owned subsidiaries in different countries and regions to specifically handle these businesses.

In the field of energy/commodity bulk trading, CPC are committed to providing customers with the highest quality energy/resource products and services. Our customers are present around the world and we will bring them sustainable and maximum economic value. CPC has established two subsidiaries in China to manage our energy/commodity bulk trading businesses:

1. SNTN Energy (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. — mainly responsible for coal products, such as steam coal, coke, coal slag, and etc; Metal products including electrolytic copper, aluminum ingots, manganese, scrap steel, and precious metals such as gold and rhenium.

2. Zhejiang Free Trade Zone QJKL Energy Co., Ltd. — mainly responsible for petroleum oil and gas products such as crude oil, refined oil, liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and etc.

Most of CPC's partners are large global enterprises. Our partners in the Chinese energy market are mainly central-owned or state-owned enterprises. Our goal is to become a major player in the Chinese energy market and have the ability to provide the best products and services for Chinese buyers and end users.

Other CPC partners are located worldwide, including Russia, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Brazil, South Africa, Zambia, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan, as well as LG, Hyundai, SK from Korea.

In semiconductor and aerospace sectors, CPC has focused on providing aerospace qualification products and services, such as high performance and high quality chips, small satellite turn-key solution services for customers. Our aerospace business is expanding to launch our own LEO satellites for satellite communication service and EO (Earth Observation) service.

CPC has jointly invested to establish JiHAE Intelligent Group in Korea to develop, manufacture, and operate our semiconductor and aerospace products and services. We are also establishing QXKL Investment (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. and Pangu New Chip Science & Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. in China, with plans to invest over tens of billions US dollars in building chip manufacture bases and aerospace industrial parks in China, to support our semiconductor and aerospace industries

CPC, as well, involves the research and development, production, distribution, and sales of health management industries such as stem cells, Korean ginseng, beauty and cosmetic products, and cosmetology, etc. Our wholly-owned SNTN Energy (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has joint-ventured a company,KRG Import & Export (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., which is responsible for the management and operation of the CPC health management industry in China.
