Product Introduction
The ZXK-32 CNC drilling machine boasts comprehensive functionality, versatility, and a wide processing range. It utilizes a domestically renowned CNC system, supporting linear and circular interpolation, fixed cycles, tool radius and length compensation, and screw reverse backlash compensation. A standard RS232 interface enables high-speed DNC processing, data backup, and transmission. The processing program's toolpath can be graphically simulated and displayed in real time. The machine includes built-in electronic disk and program memory, employs international standard G-code compatible with FANUC systems, and features three-axis simultaneous control. It performs two-dimensional and three-dimensional machining operations such as milling, drilling, tapping, boring, and reaming on various materials.
• Good rigidity and high power. The machine tool's guideways adopt a rectangular structure, high-frequency quenching, and the relative surfaces are plastic-coated, which has high wear resistance, is not easy to deform during processing, and ensures high precision during processing.
