On October 28, Ninghai County established its first industry women's federation - the Auto Trade City Women's Federation, which will serve and unite all female employees of 19 automobile 4S shops.
Chen Zhong, deputy general manager of Guohong Group and secretary-general of Ninghai County Automobile Circulation Industry Association, delivered a congratulatory speech.
Lin Caiping, chairman of the Meilin Street Women's Federation, put forward three requirements:
First, raise awareness and shoulder responsibilities. As the first industry women's federation in Ninghai County, the Auto Trade City Women's Federation should earnestly carry forward the "four merits" spirit of women's federation members - "being able to sit still, be mobile, speak well, and do well" - and play a typical exemplary role.
Second, innovate models and expand influence. We should focus on the innovative activity models of enterprises, design activity carriers suitable for the participation of female employees of automobile 4S shops, and gradually expand the influence of the Auto Trade City Women's Federation through activities.
Third, be based on the post and implement it strictly. Through the in-depth development of activities such as women's contribution to national construction and competition for advanced posts, we should guide the organization of women to make their due contributions to promoting economic construction, cultural construction, and social construction.
Wu Jiao Ying, the newly elected chairman of the Ninghai County Auto Trade City Women's Federation and director of the office of the Guohong Group's auto trade sector, made a statement, saying that in the future work, she will perform her duties diligently, work diligently, and do her best to serve every female employee in the auto trade city.
Xu Guajuan, a member of the Party group of the Ninghai County Women's Federation, put forward three hopes:
